Frölunda and Leksand are pitted against each other three times in eight days.

Last Tuesday, they met in the first CHL quarter-final, which Frölunda won 5-2.

Tonight they met in the SHL at home for Leksand.

And it was Frölunda who connected the grip on the match in the first period.

Team captain Joel Lundqvist scored the first goal after four minutes after an assist by Ryan Lasch.

And before the break, Michael Spacek was able to extend the lead to 2-0.

But in others, Leksand came back.

After straightening out two numerical disadvantages, Mikael Ruohomaa was able to get in 1-2.

But not long after, Frölunda extended his lead through a goal by Patrik Carlsson.

In the third period, Leksand was able to establish itself more in the offensive and after many situations came the 2-3 reduction.

But it was not enough for profit.

After Leksand goalkeeper Kaskisuo was sent off, Niklas Lasu was able to score the puck in an empty goal cage from his own zone and secure the final result 2-4.

- I got a little stressed.

In the first situation, I became a little quiet.

Then I thought it would just come out, Lasu says about his goal to C More.

Frölunda's win is their second straight against Leksand.

- I'm damn annoyed, we let in for easy goals and get uphill right away.

But we create good situations in the third, which we did not do in the first two, says Leksand's Martin Karlsson.

On Tuesday, the teams in Gothenburg will meet in the decisive quarterfinals of the Champions Hockey League.
