Sofia Mattsson is one of Sweden's most successful wrestlers of all time, with, among other things, six World Cups, eight European Championships and one Olympic medal.

But now, by all accounts, there will not be more.

Today she was presented as the new national team coach on the women's side of the Swedish Wrestling Federation, together with Yulia Ratkevich.

Mattsson was in the Olympics as late as August, where she lost to world setter Vinesh Phogat in the first round.

Since then, she has not competed, and the question is whether her career as an active wrestler is now over?

- Eeehhh ... So ... I may not have made a 100% decision about it yet.

But right now it will be 100 percent focus on the coaching job that applies, she says to SVT Sport.

So it's not entirely out of the question for you to make a comeback and take yourself to a championship?

- No, but I would not ... No, it will not happen that I take myself to any competition.

I am very happy with what I have achieved myself, so now it's time for other girls to show their front feet.
