It was just over two weeks ago that Linus Videll, 36, reported his own club Djurgården for abusive discrimination.
Videll has not played a match since October 19 and there do not look like more.
After requesting to be bought out this weekend, Videll will instead belong to the club's J20 business, Djurgården writes.
"We need to invest and focus on the players who really want to be here and who are prepared to put in the hard work that will be required.
The teammates, our supporters and all partners expect it and our future deserves it ", writes Djurgården.
