Shehab began his career in 1993, and has achieved many great achievements.

He told "Emirates Today": "The success in fulfilling my promise, entering the 100 club, and winning the 103rd medal in my career, coinciding with the year in which the Emirates celebrates its 50th year of establishing the federation, is due to my keenness to respond to a small part of this giving country, which was able to Over half a century, and in record time, to make giant leaps and reach global leadership in various fields.”

He stressed that they, as athletes, are keen on honorable representation and raising the state flag in major international forums.

He added: “I set my sights on the goal, and over the past months, I succeeded in eliciting many gold medals, at the individual and team levels, in the Gulf and Arab championships, raising my balance to 63 gold in my 21-year career, before continuing my successes by reaching a total of 103 medals. Various medals, and I won in the middle of last month the silver of the West Asian Championship.”

He continued, "These achievements would not have been achieved without arming ourselves with determination and determination to raise the UAE flag in various international forums, in addition to the encouragement, support and honor we receive as athletes from the responsible authorities, the last of which was my honoring last November 18 at the National Olympic Committee Awards Ceremony."

Regarding his future ambitions, he said: "I will continue to strive in the coming years to grab the gold in the world championship, and to gift the UAE sport the world title, especially since I have previously won five bronzes in the world championships that I have participated in since 2004."

He concluded: “My ability to achieve my ambitions in the near future, and to win the title (Emirati World Champion), will be the last stop in my career as a player, to put all my experiences in order to develop the game of snooker, and work in the administrative field if necessary, in order to pass on my experiences to generations. future.”
