Maja Dahlqvist is without an Olympic place.

And to secure a ticket to Beijing, Dahlqvist has the very best conditions - sprint victory in Ruka and sprint victory today in Lillehammer.

The 27-year-old has thus won two of two possible victories, and in Norway today she took her third World Cup victory in total - and today she took over the yellow vest from Frida Karlsson.

This means that Dahlqvist is currently leading the overall world cup.

After the success, she is hailed by the national team manager, Anders Byström.

- It is enormously impressive.

She is the world's best sprinter right now, without a doubt, says Byström.

Has she driven to an Olympic venue now?

- I really hope so, then we will see if SOK (Swedish Olympic Committee editor's note) can deny such an effort.

But of course she's going to the Olympics.

It will be exciting to follow her.
