Arsenal's Brazilian player Gabriel has faced a racket thief who tried to steal his Mercedes car worth about $60,000 from his garage.

One of the attackers rushed the Brazilian with the racket, but Gabriel hit him in the face and wrestled with him, causing the thief to flee.

The 26-year-old thief was sentenced last month to 5 years in prison, after the police accused him of theft last August, who managed to arrest him after conducting a DNA test from the hat that fell from him during the quarrel.
