The Saudi Football Association injects half a million dollars to the Asian Dream Foundation

The Saudi Football Association has provided a financial support of $500,000 to the Asian Dream Foundation, which is the tool for implementing social responsibility programs in the Asian Football Confederation.


Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Asian Federation and patron of the Asian Dream Foundation, received the check presented by Yasser Al-Mishal, President of the Saudi Federation, in a special ceremony in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.


 Sheikh Salman expressed his appreciation to the Saudi Game Federation, which shares the belief in the importance of supporting fragile communities throughout Asia.


"I want to express the gratitude of the Asian Football Confederation and the Asian football family to the Saudi Football Association for its generous contribution, which will certainly help us to make a positive impact on the lives of those most in need," Sheikh Salman said to the Confederation's website.


He added, "Since the launch of the Asian Dream Foundation, it has been making a clear difference, and I am confident that this donation will contribute to enhancing the ambition of the Asian Football Confederation to elevate marginalized communities across the continent by harnessing the power of football to unite people."


This new contribution expresses the continuous support provided by the Saudi Federation in supporting the noble goals, as well as confirming the spirit of partnership with the Asian Football Confederation in recent years, as Saudi Arabia has been one of the largest contributors to the Asian Dream Foundation since its launch in March 2017.


Yasser Al-Mishal explained, President of the Saudi Federation: "We are pleased to have this opportunity to enhance cooperation with the Asian Football Confederation and the Asian Dream Foundation through this partnership. The Asian Dream Foundation was launched in 2017 as a platform to provide clear, transparent and effective support in three key areas: child protection, education and social inclusion.
