Brynäs was on its way to an unexpected loss when they faced Leksand on Wednesday night.

Visiting Leksand connected the grip directly and at the beginning of the second period they were up in a 2-0 lead.

Then the home team woke up.

After two quick goals by Phoebe Stanz and Maja Nylén-Persson, it was equalized before the final period.

At the beginning of the third period, the points league leader struck for Brynäs.

Lara Stalder stayed ahead and gave the home team the lead with her 14th goal of the season.

After that, Leksand could not get up and Brynäs could finally win 4-3.

The victory means that Brynäs is back in the league lead.
