Rögle on to the quarterfinals - knocked out Grönborg's ZSC Lions

In the first quarterfinal away against ZSC Lions, Rögle scored three of four goals in powerplay.

In the return match, it was again the game in numerical superiority that laid the foundation for the victory.

Admittedly, visiting ZSC Lions took the lead when Yannick Weber was released and pushed the lead goal there.

But shortly afterwards, Ludvig Larsson steered the equalizer into powerplay.

Everberg struck

Before the last period, the score was 1-1 in the match and a total of 5-4 in the doubles meeting.

With just over eight minutes left, Rögle got the chance in powerplay again - and once again they managed to find the net.

After a tangled situation, Dennis Everberg stayed ahead and put 2-1 to the home team.

Rögle then decided in an empty net through Adam Edström.

In the quarter finals, Rögle will now face Sparta Prague.

Sparta Prague lost the return match against Skellefteå but was still able to move on with a total of 4-3.
