- It has not been so much playing time in recent weeks, it is of course boring, but I just want to do my best.

Wolfsburg put in the highest gear from the start when they received Essen at home and at half time the team had the lead with 2-0.

After 58 minutes, the German big club expanded and three minutes later Rebecka Blomqvist was replaced.

Ten minutes later she struck.

Blomqvist entered the penalty area and showed evidence of cold when she placed 4-0.

The guests then reduced via Vivien Endemann, but Blomqvist was not ready for the evening.

The 24-year-old played in extra time ahead of Tabea Wassmuth who could push there 5-1.

The Swede herself believes that she was responsible for an "okay effort".

- I came in on the left wing and tried to contribute what I can and what I should do from that position, she says to SVT Sport.

- Once I get the chance, I want to show that they can trust me.

"Important to get a few minutes"

Do you think this will strengthen your shares for more playing time in the future?

- It's hard to say, I try not to think so much about it but think about taking the chance when I get it.

Blomqvist has been selected in the World Cup qualifying squad that takes on Finland (November 25, SVT broadcasts) and Slovakia (November 30).

What is it like to bring this with you for the coming week?

- It is of course important to get a few minutes in the body before the collection and it should just be fun to meet everyone again and play Swedish matches as well.
