Frida Karlsson won by far on the classic mile and second on the podium was Ebba Andersson.

The latter skier felt that she halfway had to wake herself up and realize that she was in competition.

- I was a bit stressed at the beginning of the ride and tried to calm myself down and became a little passive.

Then I was told that I was a bit behind and thought that now I have to take in more, she says to SVT Sport.

Then Andersson tried to be tougher on herself - and in the end she landed a second place.

- I think the body feels good and got to certain things that I wanted.

I want to continue working on some things.

It's nice to be up and running, says Ebba Andersson.

Tomorrow, a new competition day awaits in Gällivare.

- It will be fun to get another opportunity to train on things in a competition situation, I know that in a week or so a competition premiere in the World Cup is expected.

There is tough resistance and there is a demand for oneself and one's riding.

"A lot that wants out at the same time"

Charlotte Kalla finished third in today's competition and believes that there is potential for improvement.

- There is a lot that wants out at once.

It is important to try to get a nice ride.

It is difficult to know how to dispose of the race to go all the way.

But I got more taste.

There is more to work on.

Every competition does good for what awaits, says Kalla to SVT Sport.

Kalla is also tagged for tomorrow.

- There is a lot in the body that just wants out.

I think I'm at a good level.

It's a long way up to Frida and Ebba, they're great.
