Ichiro, who mass-produced hits in the Major League Baseball Mariners and won the MVP = Most Valuable Player and Top Hitter of the season, will be inducted into the baseball team's hall.

This was announced by the Mariners on the 17th.

In 2001, Ichiro won the American League Rookie of the Year and MVP = Most Valuable Player, and in 2004 he set a record for the first time in 84 years with 262 hits in the season.

He has been selected for the All-Star Game and 200 hits in the season for 10 consecutive years from the first year, and has been the top hitter twice. The 2542 hits and 438 stolen bases recorded by the Mariners are the team records.

The Mariners will be inducted into the Mariners Hall of Fame for the 10th time, following Randy Johnson, who has a record of 4875 strikeouts in the second place in the history of Major League Baseball, and Ken Griffey, who has 630 home runs in total, and the ceremony will be held on August 27, next year. It takes place at Seattle's home run.

Mr. Ichiro is scheduled to qualify for the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2025, five years after his retirement, and is expected to be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in the future.
