The Takano Ren = Japan High School Baseball Federation and others held a summer national high school baseball steering committee held at Koshien Stadium, and decided to start next year's tournament on August 6.

On the 17th, Takano Ren and others held a summer national high school baseball steering committee in Osaka to discuss the schedule for next year's tournament.

As a result, we have decided to start the tournament on August 6th and hold it for 17 days until 22nd, including 3 rest days.

Considering the burden on the players, the rest day is planned to be set for 3 days the day after the 3rd round is over, and if there is no postponement of the schedule, it is possible to avoid consecutive battles.

In addition, as usual, 49 representative schools that have won the local competition will participate in the competition.

In addition, Takano Ren and others will sell the tournament record collection, which was distributed free of charge to member schools and tournament officials nationwide in the past tournaments, for 1000 yen per copy, and promote the spread and promotion of the tournament. We decided to aim to improve the balance of holding costs as well.

On the other hand, next spring's Senbatsu Tournament will start on March 18, and it has been decided that it will be held for 13 days including a two-day rest day.
