Bad luck clings to Adrien Théaux.

After having to patiently endure last year due to a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in January 2020, the 37-year-old French skier must end his season even before it- this has not started: the speed specialist suffered several fractures after a heavy fall in training on Monday at Copper Mountain (United States), where the France team is currently in training.

"He suffers from a fracture of the left elbow, the right tibia and the right ankle", wrote the FFS in a statement, specifying that the skier had been operated in Vail (Colorado) during the night and that he would be repatriated. in France "as soon as possible".

Adrien Théaux will therefore not participate in his fourth Olympic Games in Beijing (February 4-20).
