The Dubai Racing Club revealed the organization of an evening race at Meydan Racecourse, tomorrow, Thursday, to honor the local authorities in Dubai that provided an honorable national performance within the first line of defense in the face of the “Covid-19” pandemic, in appreciation of its elements of distinguished models of giving. The honorees are: Dubai Police General Command, General Directorate of Civil Defense, Dubai Health Authority, Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services and Dubai Government Media Office.

The seven races included in the evening will bear the names of the seven government agencies.

The club’s management confirmed that this initiative comes in appreciation of the efforts of these authorities and their influential role in addressing the pandemic during the last period in which the heroes of the first line of defense demonstrated their high professionalism and contributed to maintaining the health and protection of society.
