Most of it was for Degerfors when they visited BK Häcken - apart from the really dangerous goal chances.

Instead, they were the home team, especially at the end of the first half.

The best chance came when Benie Traore from the right side fired a shot that Alfie Whiteman steered out.

Then came the next one, Leo Bengtsson threw himself after the ball that went out to the corner.

BK Häcken chased the opening goal and just before going to half-time break came the last attempt, but Joona Toivio's aim was not set on goal.

And Hisingslaget continued to stand for the chances.

Patrik Wålemark to Alexander Jeremejeff who finds his way back to Wålemark who tries to find his way behind Whiteman who once again denied the home team.

Loosed for Häcken

But shame on the one who gives up.

Traore eventually found himself behind Whiteman.

But it started with Wålemark looking up and finding a running Traore who could send in a hard enough shot for the ball to find its way into the net, even though Whiteman was on it.

And to only play until one goal, Wålemark would not settle for.

The 20-year-old came from nowhere and broke a pass to then remove his defender to extend for the home team.

2-0 was also the end result.

It did not want for Degerfors who lost valuable points to advance past Halmstad and leave the negative qualifying place.
