Klara Thormalm, 23, and Emelie Fast, 17, were both in the final of the 50 meter breaststroke for women.
It finished with a fifth place for Fast (30.07) and a sixth place for Thormalm (30.17).
- Be a little short finish.
I was on my way to a great time.
But I realize that I need to take another armrest.
It was a shame but it's a perfectly okay time, says a happy Emelie Fast afterwards.
Thormalm could not match the personal record of 29.96 which she set in the trials and finished in sixth place.
- I am very happy that I got to swim my first final.
It felt very relaxed but I did not set the finish line, there is a lot to improve, she says.
