On Tuesday, Lisa Nystrand, who competes for Väsby Simklubb, improved her personal record in the 400 meter medley by one hundredth and on Wednesday she beat her personal best by almost five seconds in the 200 meter backstroke when she swam in the finish of 2.09.85.

On Friday morning, she struck again.

In the 200 meter medley, she lowered her personal best by 57 percent.

Nystrand finished in the shared 16th place in the time 2.13,16 together with the Spaniard Emma Carrasco Cadens.

- I felt very exhausted in my body, very tired.

But I'm still glad it turned out to be a pers.

It felt a little tougher, but I'm still happy, she says to the swimming association.

16th place meant that Nystrand and Carrasco Cadens had to swim again.

There, the Spaniard was the strongest and moved on.
