The UAE officially submits a bid to host the 2023 Beach Soccer World Cup

The Football Association has officially applied to host the 2023 Beach Soccer World Cup, which is organized by FIFA every two years.

The announcement comes on the sidelines of the UAE's hosting of the Confederations Cup on Kite Beach in Dubai, in which the UAE national team will participate as host of the tournament.

The UAE hosted the fifth edition of the Beach Soccer World Cup in 2009 on Jumeirah Beach in Dubai.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the Football Association, expressed his full confidence in the capabilities, capabilities and expertise of the work elements responsible for organizing, stressing that the UAE will organize an exceptional event for this event that attracts fans and fans from all over the world. He added, "We are approaching an important stage next year, which is hosting many events and tournaments, the most important of which is the Club World Cup in early 2022, and we are fully prepared to host the Beach Soccer World Cup in 2023. Our approach is clear to everyone. We look forward to hosting international tournaments, We are making the UAE a place for fans and football fans around the world.”

He concluded, "Beach soccer is an integral part of our goals and future aspirations, and it is a game that is equal in importance to the rest of the competitions that fall within the responsibilities and tasks of the Football Association, and we will not hesitate to give this game its full right from an organizational and technical point of view. He has all the capabilities that would develop his abilities in this global game."

On the other hand, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi met at the headquarters of the Dubai Football Association, Chairman of the Executive Committee for Beach Soccer in "FIFA", Juan Cusco and his deputy, Gabino Renales, in the presence of Ali Hamad Al-Badwawi, member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Beach Soccer Committee, in addition to the Chairman of the Beach Soccer Competitions Committee in "FIFA" Josep Poncet.
