Karim Benzema a little more in the legend of Real Madrid.

The French striker scored Real Madrid's 1,000th goal in C1 Wednesday, November 3 at the Santiago-Bernabeu stadium against Shakhtar Donetsk on the fourth day of the Champions League.

Benzema only had to push into the net a ball snatched in the feet of Marlon by Vinicius in the opposing area (15th) to pass this bar to Real.

1000 - Thanks to the achievement of Karim Benzema, Real Madrid are the first team in history to score 1000 goals in C1 (qualifying included).

Cock-a-doodle Doo.

Alongside Di Stefano, Puskas and Ronaldo

The Madrid club is the one that has scored the most goals in the history of C1, ahead of Bayern Munich (763) and FC Barcelona (654).

Benzema thus joins a long list of legends of the Merengue club: Real's 100th goal in the queen of European competitions was scored by Alfredo Di Stefano, the 200th by Ferenc Puskas, and the 800th and 900th by Cristiano Ronaldo, in particular.

Real Madrid have the record for the number of titles in C1, with 13 coronations.
