Ten debutants get the chance in the Swedish national team that will chase success at the home World Cup in a month.

Although half of the squad are debutants in senior contexts, they are not unaccustomed to success in national teams.

Several of the players participated and won the U19 WC 2018.

- We do not see them as debutants.

Many of them have played the U19 World Cup and have international routine in their luggage and those who do not have played international matches so I am calm, says national team captain Åsa Karlsson to SVT Sport.

"Sweden has the press on"

In the group stage, Sweden will face Germany, Slovakia and perhaps the most difficult opponent in the championship, Finland.

But the goal is a World Cup gold at home.

- Sweden, with good reason, almost always has the pressure to win World Cup gold, given the history we have.

To also do it at home will be a challenge, says Amanda Delgado Johansson SVT Sport.

SVT broadcasts the championship, which is played in Uppsala and begins on 27 November.
