Luleå was on its way to victory in the summit when the accident occurred.

Modo had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 80 minutes, but Erica Rieder's shot from the left sailed high over the bar.

Luleå and Sara Grahn would continue to withstand the rest of the match and Luleå won 2-0.
