Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly club, was transferred to the hospital after falling ill

Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, suffered a health crisis, after which he was transferred to a hospital in Cairo.

And the official website of Al-Ahly Club stated in the early hours of Thursday morning that Al-Khatib was exposed to a health crisis after completing his participation in a celebration held by Al-Ahly on Wednesday evening to honor Hassan Hamdi, the former president of the club, and Hassan Mustafa, president of the International Handball Federation.

The website added that Al-Khatib is still undergoing medical examinations to determine the causes of the crisis and receive the necessary treatment.
