Sweden goes out at Tallaght Stadium tonight as undefeated group leader after two straight victories.

For Ireland, it is the World Cup qualifier premiere after British corona rules put sticks in the wheel during the autumn.

But it has been a match - with a strong result as a result.

In an international match in September, the Olympic semi-finalist Australia was defeated 3-2 and it is a match Sweden has in mind.

- We know since the Olympics how difficult it is to win against Australia.

It is impressive.

We will make a one hundred percent effort, but it will not be easy, says Fridolina Rolfö.

"We are better ranked"

From a Swedish point of view, Ireland is described as a physical team that plays a lot in depth.

Federal captain Peter Gerhardsson believes that the Swedish players will not have as much time to win back the ball, as Ireland puts the ball in depth quickly.

Something you hope to be able to use.

- I think it will be time for counterattacking.

Because once they get away, they do it with speed, and they do not always come to an end, says Gerhardsson.

Fridolina Rolfö believes that Sweden, who have not conceded a goal in the qualifiers, should go in with their heads held high.

- We are better ranked and have a confidence in the match.

Hopefully we will have more ball, that is the feeling and self-confidence I think we should go out with, she says.

Warns the Arsenal player

At the individual level, a warning finger is raised for Katie McCabe.

Ireland's team captain is the team's most important cog and has a big role in Arsenal on a daily basis.

One who knows her well from the pitch is Magdalena Eriksson, everyday in local rival Chelsea.

- I know many of those who play in the league.

Especially McCabe who is a fantastic football player.

She is doing incredibly well for Arsenal and is in the shape of her life, she says.

The match kicks off at 20.00, Swedish time, and is broadcast on SVT.
