Bayern Munich and Blues defender Lucas Hernandez is summoned to court in Madrid.
He is accused of not having respected a removal measure imposed after a fight with his partner.

The French international defender of Bayern Munich Lucas Hernandez will travel to Madrid to appear before the court which summons him for not having respected a measure of expulsion imposed after a fight with his companion, indicated the president of the German club Herbert Hainer.
"He's going now, then he'll be heard, then we'll see," Herbert Hainer said Thursday night on the sidelines of a protest at the club's training center.
A deportation order pronounced in 2017
Spanish justice on Wednesday ordered the imprisonment of the French international for non-compliance with this expulsion measure pronounced in February 2017. A few months later, Lucas Hernandez married his partner.
The violation of this judicial decision earned him a sentence of six months in prison in 2019, not executed to date.
The 2018 world champion and winner of the League of Nations with the Blues on Sunday against Spain, will have to appear on October 19 before a court in Madrid so that the imprisonment order is notified to him.
After this hearing, he will have 10 days to enter prison "voluntarily".
"A very serious offense"
So far, no Munich official has commented on the matter.
"This is Lucas Hernandez's private business, I don't want to judge them," the Bayern president said on Thursday.
A spokesperson for Madrid's higher regional court defended the committal order in an interview with German newspaper
