Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who missed the European Football Championship this summer due to the knee injury he suffered in the league meeting with Juventus in May, has only been responsible for a touchdown during the start of this season.

On September 12, he played half an hour and scored Milan's 2-0 goal in the winning match at home against Lazio in Serie A.

Since then, the Swedish attacking veteran has had additional injuries and missed a total of six club team matches, four in the league and two in the Champions League.

In addition, the star player was forced to say no to national team games with Sweden in the World Cup qualifiers against Kosovo (3-0) and Greece (2-0).

Now several Italian media report that Ibrahimovic is back in full training and up for a comeback when Milan host Hellas Verona in the restart of the Italian league on Saturday.

If "Ibra" comes into play, it will be his first match as a 40-year-old, a high age for an international top football player, after he turned 3 on October.
