The Spanish club Barcelona's account on Twitter has returned to stir controversy again, after publishing a picture of its former captain, Lionel Messi, wearing the team's shirt, after he was nominated for the Ballon d'Or.
The account commented on the photo, saying: "Leo Messi is among the 30 finalists for the Ballon d'Or... Good luck, Leo!"

Reactions to the tweet varied from fans via Twitter, who advised the account to overcome the crisis of Messi's departure from Barcelona, which apparently still affects his officials, they said.
While others saw that the behavior showed great respect by the club, for one of its most prominent legends throughout history, and that there was no shame in that congratulations on the occasion of his presence in the Ballon d'Or list.
