WADA revoked the accreditation of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory

This was reported by the press service of WADA.

This decision was made by the executive committee of the organization due to the inconsistency of the Moscow laboratory with the International Standard for Laboratories (ISL) and its Code of Ethics.

The Moscow laboratory was immediately notified of the decision of the Executive Committee.

In accordance with Article 13.7 of the WADA Code, the Laboratory may appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) within 21 days of receiving the decision.

Earlier it was reported that WADA may exclude marijuana from the list of prohibited drugs.
