The day began with a super sprint over 100 meters and there Anna Dyvik, who now bets outside the national team, won over Linn Sömskar by an eleven hundredths margin.

The next discipline was 4.5 kilometers of mass start, five laps around an 800 meter long course.

There were long-known names like Maja Dahlqvist, Johanna Hagström and Dyvik in the lead.

Even there it was a narrow and tight sprint and there Dyvik was slightly better than the second Hagström.

Linn Sömskar came third, just before Dahlqvist.

The men's final in the super sprint was very even and in the end the Norwegian pre-favorite Ludvig Sögnen Jensen won over Erik Silfver by a meager hundredth.
