Etisalat and STARZ PLAY share exclusive rights to broadcast the Cricket World Cup

Today, Etisalat announced that it has won the rights to show from (Star TV) the most awaited and exciting event of the 20th Men's Cricket World Cup in the MENA region.

It will partner with STARZ PLAY, the region's fastest growing video-on-demand service, so that all game fans in the region can watch the full tournament.

Etisalat exclusively owns the broadcast rights for the Middle East and North Africa and its partnership with STARZ PLAY will allow cricket fans to watch all 45 matches taking place in the UAE and Oman from the 17th of this month to the 14th of November 2021. Cricket fans in the region can eagerly await the 20th Cricket World Cup Men can enjoy the game of cricket and all the action and excitement on the Cricket Max channel via Etisalat eLife TV, Switch TV, and on the STARZ PLAY app in the UAE, while subscribers in the rest of the MENA region can enjoy the game exclusively on STARZ PLAY. Through the agreement with Etisalat, STARZ PLAY will broadcast Criclive and Criclive 2 channels which have the rights to broadcast multiple domestic cricket matches in India, Pakistan, South Africa, New Zealand, West Indies as well as exciting T20 Leagues such as the Pakistan Super League and Caribbean Premier League.
