A pressured Juventus took three important points at home against Sampdoria.

Dejan Kulusevski, who started on the bench, was behind the team's 3-1 goal with an assist.

Juventus took the lead in the 10th minute through Paulo Dybala.

However, the same Dybala was forced to step off the pitch just ten minutes later after an injury.

The Argentine, who has major injury problems behind him, was in tears when he was replaced.

And Dejan Kulusevski came in to replace him.

The visitors, with Albin Ekdal in the starting eleven, reduced to 2-1 after Bonucci made it 2-0 on penalties.

Kulusevski's first point of the season

But in the 57th minute, Juventus were able to extend the lead after fine preparation by Dejan Kulusevski.

The Swede intercepted a foul pass in Sampdoria's penalty area, passed a defender, and found Manuel Locatelli obliquely backwards who could place the ball in the open goal

Locatelli, who was recruited by the big club this summer, thus scored his first goal in the Juventus shirt.

The home team, however, had to fight to secure the victory.

Sampdoria reduced to 3-2 through Antonio Candreva in the 83rd minute.

But there it stopped.

Win and three points much-needed points for Juventus who started the season weakly.
