In tonight's premiere, Luleå showed why they became Swedish champions last season.

A high-class performance against Visby possibly gave a taste of what may come when this year's edition of the basketball league has now started.

It took off immediately and Luleå came in with the highest gear from the first minute.

After the first ten minutes, the team had the lead with 32-13 and Ellen Nyström led the team in terms of points.

When the second period was over, neither Luleå nor Nyström had saved their energy.

The scoreboard showed 56-24 and the star was noted for 13 points.

The big lead would then stand and Luleå were equally dominant in the last two periods.

And the win was written to 96-52.

Nyström eventually landed on 19 points and four rebounds, while colleague Brooke McCarty-Williams also made a nice effort with his 15 points.

Luleå meets Högsbo next and Visby faces Uppsala.
