German coach Thomas Tuchel proved his technical abilities and wrote his name among the best coaches in the world after winning the Champions League last season with Chelsea, but the former coach of Paris Saint-Germain showed a fine human side before leaving the French capital.

The French RMC website reported that the German coach, after arriving in Paris in 2018 to lead Saint-Germain, hired a home assistant from the Philippines.

After a while, Tuchel noticed the help getting sucked into work and accumulating overtime outside the required hours.

When he approached the help and asked her, he learned that she was seeking to raise a large sum of money for a heart surgery for one of her sons, so the German coach decided to take care of the full expenses of the operation.

Before leaving the French capital after the end of his career with Saint-Germain last December, he gave Tuchel a home for domestic help in her country so that she could fulfill her dream of returning to live with her children and family.

Tuchel won 96 out of 127 matches with Paris Saint-Germain, and won 6 titles with the French club.
