Friendly fire led the Turkish team Galatasaray to a 1-0 victory over its Italian guest, Lazio, on Thursday, at the start of the two teams’ matches in the fifth group of the European Football Championship.

Albanian Tomas Strakosha, Lazio goalkeeper, made a grave mistake when he failed to deal perfectly with a lobing ball in the 67th minute.

Instead of catching the ball or keeping it outside the goal, the Lazio goalkeeper dropped the ball into the goal amid the confusion of his companions in the Italian club, and the joy of the Galatasaray players.
