The second edition of the "Dubai Snow Run", organized by the Dubai Sports Council and Majid Al Futtaim, was a great success, with the participants interacting and enthusiastic with the race track, which extends to distances of 3 and 5 kilometers in a temperature of 4 below zero.

Saeed Hareb, Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council, and Nasser Aman Al Rahma, Assistant Secretary-General, attended the race competitions, which began this morning in the “Ski Dubai” hall in the Mall of the Emirates, in which hundreds of contestants of different nationalities and ages and from various national governmental and private institutions and Arab media institutions participated. .

Britain's Oliver Demmen won first place in the men's 3 km race by finishing the race in 18:38 minutes.

In the women's category, Georgian Diana Gojitz won first place after finishing the race in a time of 26:11 minutes, followed by Emirati Noura Al Ghafli in second place with a time of 33:08 minutes, and Egyptian Walaa Ragheb in third place with a time of 33:30 minutes.

Halvard Borsheim won first place in the men's category for the 5 km race after finishing the race in a time of 29:02 minutes, followed by Ahmed Al Zaabi in second place with a time of 36:30 minutes.

In the women's 5km category, Pia Hanske won first place after finishing the race in a time of 35:00 minutes.

The participants were divided into groups of four competitors, separated by a period of time between the start of each group and the other until the physical distance between the competitors is achieved, and at the end of the race all the participants received the medals of participation.
