Officially.. the authority approves the return of local championships and competitions for under 18 years old

The General Sports Authority announced the return to organizing local championships and competitions for under 18 years old, as part of the General Sports Authority’s keenness to return sports activities for the 2020-2021 season for age groups, according to a number of conditions, the most important of which is adherence to previously approved and enforced protocols.

The General Sports Authority sent an official letter to all sports federations to notify them of the return of activity according to a number of conditions, namely:


* - Compliance with previously approved and enforced protocols.


* - Participants aged 12 years and over were restricted to the vaccinated category only who completed 14 days after the second dose and adhered to the third dose protocol approved by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection.


* - Perform a PCR test 48 hours before the match.


* - Sending reports on injuries and those in contact with the authority periodically every two weeks from the beginning of the return of competitions and championships.
