Shingo Kunieda and Yui Kamiji each advanced to the finals in singles at the four major tennis tournaments, the US Open wheelchair division.

In the quad of players with disabilities not only in their legs but also in their hands and arms, Koji Kanno beat American David Wagner 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 in the singles quarterfinals 2-1. We won the competition and advanced to the semi-finals.
