- It was fun to stick to the plan and stay cool.

It was an okay time even though I could go faster.

It was a good feeling but I do not know the medals, only the gold, smiles Mohamed who has 25 individual Swedish Championship golds against Sportkanalen.

He picked runners afterwards.

At 10 km he was the eighth Swedish runner.

In addition to the Swedish Championships, there were many internationally successful runners who participated in Stora Holm's traffic training site where the runners ran on a 3 km long track seven laps, a rain-soaked track that dried up in the sunshine.

Mohamed was tenth in goal and had among Swedes Samuel Tsegay, club mate with Mickey in Hälle IF, and Samuel Russom, Hässelby, before him.

Kenyan Alfred Kipchirchir was the fastest on the track.

Eighth Swedish Championship gold for Lahti

On the women's side, Sarah Lahti took her eighth Swedish Championship gold by running in the time 1.10.52, one minute from the Swedish record.

She went with the Kenyan close trio but had to drop after around 19 km and was about 20 seconds behind in the finish.

- It felt very light and nice for 18 km but then I got lactic acid.

I am not trained to run a half marathon but I must be happy after three weeks of rest, says Lahti.
