The 33-year-old risked up to five years in prison but is now sentenced to damages instead.
The former national team player will pay 1.8 million euros, corresponding to about 18.3 million kronor.
The incident is said to have occurred on a holiday trip in 2018, when Boateng, among other things, is said to have bitten and beaten his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his daughters.
Throughout the trial, Boateng has denied any wrongdoing.
