Details of Mohamed Elneny's injury and the length of his absence from Arsenal and Egypt

The English club Arsenal announced, today, Thursday, the details of the injury of the Egyptian national team star Mohamed El-Nini, who missed the match against Egypt and Gabon last week, as the club confirmed that the player suffers from a muscle tear in his left foot.

Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta said in a press conference: "Mohamed Elneny suffers from a muscle tear in his left foot, and the player will need between two to three weeks to return to training."

The Egyptian star had missed the Angola and Gabon matches with the Egyptian national team due to Corona’s measures by the British Ministry of Health, and injury in the second match.

The English club finally refused to sell Al-Nini to the Turkish Besiktas, according to press reports, while Al-Nini played this season with Arsenal one game in the league this season, and the same in the League Cup.
