The Padel Tennis Championship for Citizens hosted by six clubs this month

Six of the most prestigious padel tennis clubs in the UAE will host the first tournament of its kind for Emiratis, between the 5th and 22nd of this month.

The clubs participating in the tournament include Paddle Point, Let's Paddle Academy, Paddle Corner, Paddle Space and Paddle Beach Rack.

The sites affiliated with these six clubs across the country will host matches for all stages of the tournament, including the qualifying rounds, the round of 16, the quarter-finals and semi-finals.

The qualifying rounds competitions will be held from the 5th to the 9th of September.

The draw for the main competitions will take place on Saturday, September 18, while the final competitions will be held on September 22 at the Badel Point club in Sharjah.

Khalid Al Shamsi, founder and CEO of the Padel Point Club, said in a press statement that the main objective of organizing the Padel Tennis Championship for UAE Nationals is to promote padel tennis as the number one tennis game in the UAE, while at the same time building a strong community of players and fans.

The tournament is an opportunity for individuals and fans of the game to connect and socialize in a competitive, but also collaborative environment.
