The International Equestrian Federation FEI's latest world ranking is topped by German Daniel Deusser.

Behind him, Peder Fredricson has taken a giant leap from 17th to second place.

He has not had such a good listing since 2019.

- It is clear that you think a lot about it.

Where a mistake in the decisive final round crushed the golden chances for the crew Fredricson and Catch Me Not S.

- Immediately afterwards, you are a little disappointed.

You always want to be flawless.

But with a little distance, I'm glad it was a medal.

Now one of the sub-goals is to top the world rankings soon.

This weekend's European Championships do not include the latest rankings and thus bode well for next month.

On Thursday, the season for Fredricson continues with the Global Champions Tour in Rome.
