Swedish star Farhiya Abdi played for Spanish CDB Clarinos last year.
Now she is ready for Turkish Kayseri Basketball.
The club announces, via Instagram, that the 29-year-old has been recruited.
"Our management continues to do its best to represent Kayseri Basketbol's name", the club writes and continues:
"Finally we have brought in Farhiya Abdi, a Swedish national team player who has already worn the Galatasaray and Bota suits in our country."
Abdi represented Galatasaray between 2018-2019.
Refused to the national team
She has previously announced that she has refused to play for the national team.
- I have turned down the national team after the Olympic qualifiers due to personal reasons.
If I am to be completely honest, I do not want to be with anymore, she told SVT Sport in March.
But Abdi does not rule out games in Blue and Yellow in the future.
- I have not closed the doors completely or put the shoes on the shelf for the national team.
