The Football Association will hold at five in the evening at the Federation headquarters in Dubai the preliminary qualifiers for the President's Cup for First Division Clubs for the 2021-2022 sports season, with the participation of 16 teams.
The Football Association said in a statement yesterday that it had completed all preparations for the draw ceremonies, whose attendance will be limited to organizers only, while club representatives will attend via the visual communication system in implementation of the precautionary and preventive measures followed, and it will be broadcast through sports channels.
According to the mechanism of the lottery, the participating teams will be divided into four groups, so that each group consists of four teams that have been divided into four levels according to their arrangement in the 2020-2021 sports season. Al Hosn, Al Arabi, Al Hamriya and Al Taawun, and in the third level Masfout, Masafi, Al Dhaid and Al Jazirah Al Hamra, and the fourth level includes Al Rams, Ras Al Khaimah, Gulf Heroes and City teams.
It is noteworthy that the preliminary qualifiers for the President's Cup will start on the 9th of next September.
