25-year-old Lina Watz from Hammarö in Värmland finished in seventh place in the final of the 100 meter backstroke.

In the trials she came fifth and broke the Swedish record with 1.13,70, but in the final it was not enough.

1,14.86 the Swede swam in on.

Hannah Aspden from the USA won in 1.09.22.

Five years ago, Watz finished tenth in the distance in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2017, she amputated her right foot.

Watz was born without calf bones in the right leg.

The diagnosis is called fibula aplasia.
