The “annoying minutes” embarrassed Musimani in front of the Al-Ahly administration

Sources close to Al-Ahly of Egypt revealed that the club’s management held a meeting with its South African coach, Pitso Mosimane, during which the coach was blamed for the way he managed the local matches, which cost the team not winning in 11 games due to receiving goals after the 80th minute.

Al-Ahly officials set examples of the goals that the team received in those minutes, most notably in the Pyramids and El-Gouna back and forth matches, Ghazl El-Mahalla, Ismaili, and Military Production.

The Al-Ahly administration monitored the coach’s instability on a fixed lineup, especially in the recent matches with regard to the four defensive line and my midfield heart, which negatively affected the state of homogeneity between the players in the defensive areas.

One of the most prominent criticisms of Al-Ahly’s management and coach was the changes he was making in the second half, which did not achieve the technical addition and development of the team’s performance. Rather, what happened was the opposite, “according to the management’s point of view”, as the performance was in decline due to these changes.

The South African coach promised to avoid these errors, and to work on resolving them in the next stage.
