The Tokyo Paralympic archery was compounded by a mixed group, and Japan played against Italy in the first round of the final tournament, losing 144 to 145.

The archery compound uses a bow with a pulley that can be pulled with less force, aiming at the target 50 meters away.

In the first round of the mixed group compound held on the 29th, Miho Nagano and Rion Miyamoto participated in Japan and played against Italy.

Japan allowed Italy a 35-38, three-point lead in the first end.

After this, he was close to the 3rd end by 1 point, but the final 4th end scored the same and lost 144 to 145.

Nagano also participated in the women's individual compound, but lost to Canada's Karen Vannes 130-138 in the first round of the final tournament.

Nagano "There were some issues, but it was regrettable."

Nagano recalled, "I think both of us were able to take good care of ourselves. There were some good points and some challenges, but it was a shame."

Nagano said after finishing all the competitions in this tournament, "It was the second Paralympic Games, but I would like to be able to connect this experience from the next time onwards."

Miyamoto "I will not do my best" for the individual battle

Miyamoto recalled, "I think I've done everything I can now. I think I wasn't strong enough."

Then, on the 31st, I was enthusiastic about "I will not do my best. I hope I can enter with the current feeling" for the individual competition.
