Jürgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel broke up after an exciting exchange of blows between the German star coaches without a winner.

On Saturday evening Klopp's Liverpool FC and Tuchels FC Chelsea came to a 1-1 (1-1) after an intense game.

This means that both top clubs in the English Premier League remain unbeaten with two successes and one draw.

On top of that, Klopp struggled again with bad luck with injuries.

Former Hoffenheim player Roberto Firmino, who started this season for the first time on Saturday, had to be replaced with a slight limp towards the end of the first half.

After national player Kai Havertz (21st) gave Chelsea the lead with a wonderful header, Mohamed Salah (45th + 5) converted a hand penalty to equalize.

In the run-up to the penalty kick, Reece James (45 + 3) cleared a confusing scene on the line for the Blues and saw the red card after video evidence.

This led to violent protests from Chelsea.

Liverpool started more actively at Anfield Road, but the first big chances had the Champions League winner, who started the game with Havertz and Antonio Rüdiger.

Timo Werner initially sat on the bench.

After a corner from James Havertz carried the ball beautifully into the far corner with the back of his head.

Mason Mount (36th) could even have increased it to 2-0, his shot went right past the gate.

With one man more, Liverpool ran up after the break and pushed Chelsea into their own half.

Diogo Jota (51.) only just headed over, eight minutes later Fabinho checked Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy with a long shot.

Chelsea only hoped for the lucky punch, Mateo Kovacic (84th) missed a good opportunity in front of Reds keeper Alisson.

Previously, thanks to national player Ilkay Gündogan, Manchester City had shed the frustration over the failed mega transfer from Cristiano Ronaldo.

The English champions defeated Arsenal in the 100th Premier League appearance of goalkeeper Bernd Leno 5-0 (3-0).

Gündogan (7th), Ferran Torres (12th / 84th), Gabriel Jesus (43rd) and Rodri (53rd) scored for the Citizens, at Arsenal the former Gladbacher Granit Xhaka (35th) was still in the game because of a rough game first round the red card.

Meanwhile, Arsenal FC slid further into the crisis, the bankruptcy in Manchester was the third defeat in the third game of the season - with a goal balance of 0: 9.

Gunners team manager Mikel Arteta, once co-trainer at City von Guardiola, is coming more and more under observation.

National player Robin Gosens with Atalanta Bergamo on the second matchday of Serie A did not get beyond a zero number against FC Bologna. Atalanta had won 2-1 at Turin FC at the beginning of the week. Meanwhile, the former Dortmund Ciro Immobile scored a hat trick in Lazio's 6-1 (3-1) win against Spezia Calcio in the first half. The European champion was successful in the 5th, 15th and 45th + 2. Immediately before his third goal, Immobile had missed a penalty (45 + 1).
