Khaddi Sagnia reached the long-distance final of the Olympics earlier this summer.

There, however, it was a ninth place for the 27-year-old.

In Lausanne's Diamond League gala, things went much better for the Swede.

In the third round, she jumped 6.92, thus touching her personal best that she set in Zagreb last year.

- What she consistently does better today is that she has a better drive towards the board, says SVT's expert Alhaji Jeng.

Despite the record jump, it was a second place for Khaddi Sagnia, when she jumped 6.64 in the last and decisive round - while Ivana Spanovic hit with 6.73.

This means that she qualified for the Diamond League final in Zurich in September.
