In the morning, she went to her second match when she faced Dararat Asayut from Thailand.

World setter Ahlquist took home the first set with the numbers 11-7 after just over six minutes played.

The Swede was just as confident in the second set, which she won 11-5.

The Thai started set number three by going up in a 5-1 lead.

Ahlquist fought back to 10-10, but it was Asayut who reduced to 2-1 in the set after a 13-11 victory.

The fourth set was exciting and even but Anna-Carin Ahlquist was a bit sharper and won in the end with 11-9.

Overall 3-1 in sets (11-7, 11-5, 11-13, 11-9).

She is now ready for the quarterfinals after two victories in two matches.
